The results are more focus, better and faster goal achievement, increased accountability, less stress and growth.

► Performance Coaching for Organizations – We facilitate planning meetings where managers and partners develop clarity and consensus of mission, plans, actions and accountability. Throughout the year, follow-up sessions and individual coaching with managers / partners make sure the plans are well implemented.

► Vistage Advisory Groups – We work with groups of handpicked business leaders, a “chief executive board of advisors,” known as Vistage International. Our Vistage groups consists of business owners, company presidents and CEOs in non-competing companies, which allows for fresh, “out of the box” thinking. In a highly confidential and challenging format, we involve each other in our strategic plans, competitive responses, capital structures, financing arrangements, and strategic and tactical business opportunities. This candid and direct advice, counsel, and critical examination by our CEO peers is essential to us in gaining additional insight into our most crucial issues.
